Individual Therapy
While we work with lots of couples, we also offer individual therapy for a range of issues including: anxiety, worry, trauma, depression, bipolar, addictions, life dissatisfaction, difficulty in forming or maintaining relationships, interpersonal problems, sleep difficulties, and career problems. At the Sydney Couples Counselling Centre, we draw on a variety of therapeutic approaches when working with individuals, depending on the issue they are wanting help with. These include cognitive-behaviour therapy, acceptance and commitment therapy, emotionally focused therapy, and logotherapy.
